The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for residential development for up to 61 dwellings with all matters reserved except access at Land off Hospital Lane, Collett’s Green, Worcester, Worcestershire WR2 in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 14/00617/OUT, dated 14 May 2014, and the plans submitted with it, subject to conditions attached in the Annex to this decision. The appeal is made by Selbourne Homes against Malvern Hills District Council.
