The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for erection of 94No. residential dwellings, together with access from Inverbeg Drive, construction of roads and footways, landscaping, open space, drainage and other associated works at Land off Inverbeg Drive, Bolton BL2 6NA in accordance with the terms of the application Ref 12412/21, dated 8 October 2021, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions.
