The appeal is allowed, and outline planning permission is granted for residential development with associated infrastructure for up to 30 dwellings, including detail of associated point of access, all other matters (landscaping, scale, layout and appearance) reserved, on Land off Leconfield Road, Nanpantan, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref P/20/2199/2, dated 23 December 2020, and subject to the conditions.
