The development proposed was originally described as ‘Siting of 23 single storey modular homes for over 55s’ has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Lusso Homes against the decision of East Lindsey District Council.
The application Ref S/053/02398/21, dated 19 November 2021, was refused by notice dated 26 August 2022.
