The proposed development is described as up to 48 affordable dwellings, including means of access, attenuation basin, public open space, landscaping and other associated infrastructure has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Greystoke Land Ltd against the decision of North Northamptonshire Council.
The application Ref NW/22/00730/OUT, dated 11 October 2022, was refused by notice dated 19 December 2022.
