The proposed development of residential development up to 255 dwellings, with associated car parking, landscaping, public open space areas, SUDS, link road, associated infrastructure and provision of parent drop-off area for Tiptree heath Primary School has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Bloor Homes Limited, against the decision of Colchester Borough Council.
