The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 90 dwellings, including 40% affordable housing with public open space, structural planting and landscaping and sustainable drainage system (SuDS) with vehicular access point at land off Melksham Road, Holt, Wiltshire, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref PL/2022/03315, dated 22 April 2022, subject to the conditions in the Conditions.
