The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 71 dwellings with associated garages, garden curtilages, a Sustainable Urban Drainage system (SUDS), public open space, hard and soft landscaping at Land off Mount Hill, Halstead, Essex in accordance with the terms of the application,Ref 18/00774/OUT, dated 27 April 2018, subject to the conditions contained in the schedule at the end of this decision.
