The proposed development for 234 flatted units, in six blocks, new vehicular and pedestrian access, internal estate road, footpaths and car parking, earthworks, creation of a new section of active floodplain and floodplain compensation for the development, sustainable drainage systems, open space and hard and soft landscaping, as been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Quinn Estates Ltd against the decision of Ashford Borough Council.
The application Ref 19/00709/AS, dated 10 May 2019, was refused by notice dated 27 February 2020.
