The development proposed for an outline planning permission for up to 60 dwellings with appearance, landscaping, layout and scale reserved for subsequent consideration has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by The Trustees of Lt Col R Sutton Nelthorpe’s Will Trust 1 May 2002 against the decision of North Lincolnshire Council.
