The proposed development for the demolition of Denman’s Farmhouse and associated agricultural buildings and the erection of up to 165 dwellings, with public open space, structural planting and landscaping, surface water flood mitigation and attenuation, land for a community building and associated parking and vehicular access point from Oak Tree Way (all matters reserved except for means of vehicular access), has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Gladman Developments Ltd against the decision of Sedgemoor District Council.
The application Ref 13/19/00043 29 August 2019, dated, was refused by notice dated 18 May 2020.
