The proposed residential development for up to 40 dwellings with open space, landscaping, access and associated infrastructure has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Halsbury Homes Ltd against the decision of East Suffolk Council.
The application Ref DC/18/4104/OUT, dated 28 September 2018, was refused by notice dated 14 February 2020.
