The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for outline planning permission for up to 55 residential units (all matters reserved other than access) at land off Sherston Road, Malmesbury, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref PL/2024/06897, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions.
