The appeal is allowed, and outline planning permission is granted for the demolition of existing poultry and cattle buildings and a residential development of up to 150 dwellings with vehicular access from Sketchley Lane (outline – vehicular access only) on land off Sketchley Lane, Burbage, Hinckley in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 21/01131/OUT, dated 5 September 2021 and the plans submitted with it subject to the conditions.
