The development proposed was described as ‘outline planning permission for the erection of 18 dwellings, erection of a community building, provision of allotment gardens, surface water drainage pond, and associated means of vehicular and pedestrian access, with all matters reserved for subsequent approval except for means of access and layout’ has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Nicholas Fairman (Wethersfield Homes Limited) against the decision of Uttlesford District Council.
The application Ref UTT/22/0618/OP, dated 23 February 2022, was refused by notice dated 24 November 2022.
