The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for residential development of circa 160 dwellings with all matters reserved other than access in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref RR/2017/1705/P, dated 20 July 2017, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the schedule of conditions.
