The development proposed for 20 dwellings and all other associated infrastructure including access, drainage and public open space has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Allison Homes Ltd against the decision of North Northamptonshire Council.
The application Ref KET/2020/0369, dated 4 June 2020, was refused by notice dated 21 July 2022.
