The development proposed for new housing development to provide 40 new affordable homes has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Nik Spencer & Mrs Debbie Kedward against the decision of Wychavon District Council.
The application Ref 19/00984/OUT, dated 21 April 2019, was refused by notice dated 18 September 2019.
