The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for 23 dwellings including affordable housing, landscaping, access and associated infrastructure at land off Tregenna Lane, Camborne TR14 7QU in accordance with the terms of the application Ref PA19/02687, dated 21 March 2019, subject to the conditions and, subject to reasoning in paragraphs 56 to 71 of this decision, the obligations contained in the supporting Unilateral Undertaking dated 2 June 2020 (‘UU’).
