The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 89 residential dwellings (including affordable housing), ancillary structures, new access road from Turkey Road, internal roads, car parking, landscaping and public open space, drainage features, and other associated and necessary works at land off Turkey Road, Bexhill-on-Sea, in accordance with the application Ref: RR/2022/2131/P, subject to the conditions.
