The development proposed described as ‘Develop existing vacant land by the demolition of existing dilapidated garage, formation of new vehicular access, erection of 25 dwellings, construction of a play area and associated landscaping improvements’ has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Neil Laming of Laming and Sons Ltd against the decision of Dorset Council.
The application Ref WP/18/00662/FUL, dated 17 August 2018, was refused by notice dated 7 July 2022.
