The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development of up to 41 dwellings, estate road, open space and associated works at land off Welford Road, Northampton, NN6 6DF in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref DA/2014/0521, dated 3 June 2014 and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by Mrs E Alker, Mrs C Knight, Mr N Barford, Mr K Upstone and Mr A Wanstall against the decision of Daventry District Council.
