The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the development of up to 40 dwellings, public open space and associated infrastructure with all matters reserved for subsequent approval other than access at land off Workhouse Lane, Burbage, Hinckley LE10 3AS in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 20/01012/OUT, dated 28 August 2020, subject to the conditions.
