The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 68 dwellings with associated access, drainage, parking, landscaping and infrastructure works at land to the north of Bishops Lane, Ringmer, RH14 9GN in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref LW/21/0694, dated 23 August 2021, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions.
