The proposed development for the construction of 26 affordable homes including external works and parking on land rear of No 8 to 30 Paynes Meadow Linton has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mrs S Moor (C/o Hundred Houses Society) against the decision of South Cambridgeshire District Council.
The application Ref S/0670/19/FL, dated 8 February 2019, was refused by notice dated 9 January 2020.
