The development proposed is the extension of East Anglian Way and the construction of 71 dwellings, a car park and a drop-off point for the adjacent school; and construction access from Church Lane has been dismissed.
The main issue is the effect of the proposal on the safe and efficient operation of the highway network in the vicinity of the appeal site.
