The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for an outline planning application (with all matters reserved except access) for the erection of up to 450 dwellings together with associated open space and green infrastructure (Amended) at Land South East Of Oxford Hill, East Witney, OX28 3SU in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 20/02654/OUT, subject to the conditions.
