The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for an outline application for the erection of up to 250 dwellings at Land East of Williamthorpe Road and South of Tibshelf Road, Holmewood, Derbyshire in accordance with the terms of the application, 18/01170/OL, dated 13 November 2018, subject to the schedule of conditions in annex C.
