The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for up to 50 market and affordable dwellings, public open space and associated highways and drainage infrastructure – all matters reserved except access at land south of Bedwell Road, Elsenham in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref UTT/20/2908/OP, dated 2 November 2020, subject to the conditions.
