The appeal is allowed, and outline planning permission is granted for up to 70 dwellings and associated development at Land south of Bovingdon Road, Bocking, Braintree CM7 5JR in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 21/02034/OUT, dated 23 June 2021, subject to the conditions.
