The development proposed for an outline planning with all matters reserved except access for the demolition of existing buildings and the development of up to 100 new homes, public open space, a woodland walk and associated infrastructure has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Bennett Homes against the decision of Tendring District Council.
The application Ref 19/01946/OUT, dated 20 December 2019, was refused by notice dated 22 January 2021.
