The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the planning
permission to erect 40 dwellings (including 25 affordable homes) and
associated access, open space and drainage infrastructure at Land south of
Coates Avenue, Winterton DN15 9SP in accordance with the terms of the
application, Ref PA/2018/1759, dated 3 September 2018, subject to the
conditions in the attached Schedule.
