The appeal is allowed, and outline planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 150 dwellings (including affordable housing) with public open space, landscaping, sustainable drainage system (SuDS) and vehicular access with all matters reserved except for means of access in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 24/00162/OUT subject to the conditions.
