The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for up to 90 dwellings and site access at land south of Hallfieldgate Lane, Shirland, DE55 6AA in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 19/00335/OL, dated 22 March 2019, subject to the conditions attached.
