The development proposed was originally described as ‘Demolition of redundant buildings including partial demolition of modern extensions to Redcourt and redevelopment of site to provide 30 dwellings (Use Class C3) including the retention and conversion of Redcourt together with access, parking and landscaping’ has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Glossop Eden Ltd against the decision of High Peak Borough Council.
The application Ref HPK/2020/0334, dated 13 August 2020, was refused by notice dated 24 January 2022.
