The development proposed was described as ‘outline planning application for the erection of 36 dwellings, including affordable housing, with associated public open space and landscaping, together with means of access from the B3051’ has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by JPP Land Ltd, Rosemary Pelham and Timothy Pyper against the decision of Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council.
The application Ref 21/02696/OUT, dated 13 August 2021, was refused by notice dated 14 December 2022.
