The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for a residential development of up to 24 dwellings and associated works including access and open space at land south of Ickwell Road, Upper Caldecote SG18 9BS in accordance with planning application ref CB/19/02382/OUT, dated 18 July 2019 subject to the conditions at the end of the decision notice.
