The development proposed for the erection of 23 (16 local need) No’s 1, 2 and 3 bedroom dwelling houses and garages together with roads, sewers and associated external works has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Hayward Developments Ltd. against the decision of Stratford-on-Avon District Council.
