The appeal is made by Strata Homes against the decision of Selby District Council.
The application Ref 2017/0736/REMM, dated 30 June 2017, sought approval of details pursuant to conditions Nos 1 and 2 of planning permission Ref 2015/0615/OUT, granted on 3 December 2015.
