The development proposed was described on the application form as ‘proposed affordable housing entry-level exception site, consisting of 14 shared ownership dwellings, new vehicular and pedestrian access, ecological and landscaping enhancements, car parking and associated works’ has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Laura Tilly of VIVID Housing Ltd and Rob Symons of Falcon Developments (SE) Ltd against the decision of East Hampshire District Council.
The application Ref 58024, dated 31 May 2021, was refused by notice dated 18 February 2022.
