The development proposed for an outline application for the erection of 473 dwellings, with new access provided off the Crawley Road, plus associated areas of open space and landscaping, all matters reserved apart from access, has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by FCP Land 4 Ltd against the decision of Horsham District Council.
The application Ref: DC/20/0470, dated 3 March 2020, was refused by notice dated 29 July 2020.
