The development proposed for the erection of up to 110 dwellings and formation of new vehicular access has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Ruby Homes (East Anglia) Ltd against the decision of South Norfolk District Council.
The application Ref 2020/2144, dated 11 November 2020, was refused by notice dated 2 November 2021.
