The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for outline planning application for up to 125 dwellings and associated public open space all matters except access reserved at Land South of Steeds Farm, Coxwell Road, Faringdon in accordance with the application Ref P18/V0259/O, dated 30 January 2018, and the conditions.
