The appeal is allowed, and outline planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 262 dwellings, including the demolition of 294 and 296 Grange Road to provide new vehicular access, new public open space, drainage, landscaping, car parking areas and other works at Land South of Sutton Stop, Longford, Coventry CV6 6DF in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref OUT/2021/3041, dated 2 October 2021, subject to the conditions.
