The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for residential development of up to 650 dwellings (including elderly care and specialist accommodation), a local centre (including local retail, health facilities, other local facilities and services), open space, community garden extension (including community building and parking) and associated infrastructure – revised information received (Flood Risk Assessment April 2018, Archaeological Assessment November 2018, Design and Access Statement and Masterplan February 2019) on south of Worksop Road, Mastin Moor, Derbyshire S43 2BN in accordance with the terms of the application, CHE/17/00469/OUT, dated 29 June 2017, subject to the Schedule of Conditions annexed to this decision.
