The appeal is allowed and the details of appearance; landscaping; layout; and scale submitted pursuant to condition No.3 attached to outline planning permission 2/2015/1935/OUT, granted on 30 November 2016, in accordance with the application Ref. 2/2019/1627/REM, dated 11 November 2019, and the plans submitted with it, are approved, subject to the conditions at the end of the decision notice.
