The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for 30 residential dwellings with associated infrastructure on land to the rear of Station Road, Ampleforth in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref. 12/00618/MFUL, dated 27 June 2012, subject to the conditions set out in the Schedule attached to this decision.
