The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for outline planning application (all matters reserved other than access) for the development of up to 150 residential dwellings at Land to south of the Meole Brace Retail Park, Shrewsbury SY3 9NB in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 19/04389/OUT, dated 19 September 2019, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions set out in the Schedule attached to this Decision.
