The proposed outline planning application including means of access and layout for the construction of 55 dwellings, drainage infrastructure, public open space and associated landscaping has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by KCS Developments Ltd against the decision of North Lincolnshire Council.
The application Ref PA/2019/861, dated 3 May 2019, was refused by notice dated 24 October 2019.
