The development proposed for a residential development of up to 100 dwellings with associated access, internal roads and footpaths, car parking, public open space, landscaping, drainage and other associated works and infrastructure has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Greystoke Land Limited against the decision of South Somerset District Council.
The application Ref 20/00359/OUT, dated 31 January 2020, was refused by notice dated 2 July 2020.
